Description:
  • Management of specific international sales / distribution partners for the channels drugstore, retail and pharmacy
  • Acquisition of new customers / distributors in international areas
  • Planning of turnover and sales
  • Implementation of the sales strategy and achievement of corporate goals
  • Monitoring current development of markets / sales
  • Preparation of market analyses, reports, forecasts etc.
Required skills:
  • University degree in business administration or comparable qualification
  • Several years of sales experience with well-known brands in the FMCG-sector with a proven track record
  • Entrepreneurial thinking as well as independent and goal-oriented work
  • Travel activities up to 30%
  • Exceptionally strong communicator that excels in translating complex business issues into practical and relevant terms with understanding cultural differences
  • Fluency in English and good understanding of German; further Eastern European languages are an advantage
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Basic understanding of marketing and media

Location: Northern Germany

Salary: Based on experience & qualification
